Phenomenology means seeing what shows itself
In constellation work we begin with observation. What appears in the space? Which movement, distance, tension or relief becomes visible? The work is not about proving a theory.
This sober attitude protects the process from drama and projection.
No large claims
Constellations become questionable when every perception is turned into a grand truth. A responsible approach remains careful: what we see is an indication, not a verdict.
The client remains the authority for integration and meaning.
Representation as working form
Representatives or symbols can make relational dynamics visible. The value lies not in magic, but in the shift of perception: hidden loyalties, exclusions or burdens can be seen from another angle.
This creates language for what was previously only felt.
Order without ideology
Order does not mean obedience. It means that what belongs to the system is acknowledged and put into a clearer place. This can reduce inner tension.
Respect is not the same as romanticizing what happened.
Practical impulse
Ask: which person or event in my family system is rarely spoken of, judged quickly or emotionally avoided? What changes if I simply acknowledge that it belongs to the story?
