Breathwork can help you move out of the head and back into perception, body, and presence. Not as a self-optimization technique, but as access to regulation, presence, and inner movement.

Depending on the concern, breathwork can be calm, stabilizing, and perception-oriented — or deeper, more intense, and process-oriented. What matters is not maximum intensity, but appropriate dosage.

The focus is on body awareness, inner permission, emotional movement, and integration.
