I accompany people, not labels.

I support people in seeing themselves more clearly, recognizing inner entanglements, and returning to their own truth, strength, and aliveness.

My life brings together many fields of experience: I am a graduate physicist, long-time SAP project manager and consultant, father, partner, artist, musician, and spiritual seeker. For many years I accompanied complex professional change processes. Over time it became increasingly clear to me: behind external structures, inner dynamics are often at work — expectations, roles, old images, fears, loyalties, and unresolved relationships.

My work arises from the combination of analytical clarity, life experience, and spiritual practice. Zen, meditation, constellation work, breathwork, and awareness work have shaped the way I look at people and systems. I have also been strongly influenced by Jed McKenna’s radical honesty and Ramesh Balsekar’s view of consciousness, ego-stories, and personal freedom.

I do not understand support as repairing a person. People are not wrong. Often they are entangled, hurt, adapted, or inwardly guided by old stories. My work creates a space where what has been operating in the background may become visible.

As a companion, I work calmly, directly, structurally, and without judgment. I listen, recognize patterns, ask clear questions, and also name what may be uncomfortable. Not to hurt, but so that real clarity can emerge.

Guiding sentence:
See clearly. Live truthfully. Stay kind.

Why this work

Change does not begin through pressure, but through honest seeing.

I do this work because I know from my own experience how liberating it is to no longer define oneself only through roles, stories, wounds, or old conditioning.

People often carry much more clarity within them than they believe. It is often merely covered by fear, adaptation, guilt, loyalties, inner images, or old survival strategies.

I am not interested in the quick method or the label. I am interested in the point where a person truly sees what is operating within them. That is exactly where change begins.

Understanding systems

As a project manager and consultant, I learned to quickly grasp complex situations, bring order into confusion, and guide people through change.

Allowing depth

Zen, meditation, and awareness work taught me not only to speak about truth, but to become still, observe, and see more precisely.

Staying direct

I work clearly, structurally, and humanely. No diagnosis, no spiritual escape, no glossing over.

Foundation

Training, experience, and practice

My foundation is a combination of formal education, professional experience, and personal development work. As a graduate physicist, I bring analytical clarity and structured thinking. Through my long-standing work as a project manager and consultant, I learned to accompany people, systems, and change processes in a practical way.

This is complemented by intensive personal experience with Zen, meditation, constellation work, breathwork, awareness work, and spiritual self-inquiry. For me, what matters is not only which certificates someone has, but whether they can truly see, listen, and accompany a person honestly.

To be added: specific trainings, certificates, and further art/practice images.
